We are overrun with exercise and nutritional information. With each new day and the "buzz" on eMedia, there is always a new leader. When the buzz fades, does your interest? Do you switch up your program just as quickly as the eMedia spotlight changes? If so, you should consider reevaluating your fitness goals and the types of exercise you really enjoy doing. Fitness programs or nutritional programs are one-size fits all. Don't follow the masses, follow your heart's desire. Find what you love doing. Bottomline, if you love what you are doing, you will stick with it for the long-term.
